Allsorts Week 338 - three die cuts

Hi All

Sorry for the slightly late post, been a long week at work this week.

Wendy is hosting us this week with the theme at least THREE dies cuts on your creation.

I got lured in to watching the accordion dies on create and craft and then shopped around to get a set that was reasonably priced to use,  this is my first attempt and the recipient was very pleased with it (I found it quite hard to photograph so apologies).  the panels are individually and I then cut the topper squares so fulfilled Wendy's three die cut brief!  The panels are stamped with a set from card-io and a sentiment by crafters companion.

Our sponsor is Sissix and they are giving this wonderful set of dies.

Allsorts Week 337 - Anything but a card

Hi All

As we are well on the way to Christmas i have made something christmassy for this weeks challenge which is "anything but a card"

I bought some kraft boxes from the sale bin at my local craft shop (who doesn't love a bargain), i discovered inky doodles at the NEC and bought a set of Christmas stamps, they look awesome white embossed on kraft don't they, i have done them on red in white as well for some bunting and equally love them.  I have taken a picture of both sides.

I've kept it fairly C&S as is my way and thought the black and white paper made it pop

Our sponsors are PPR Papercrafts and

Deedee's Digis offers wholesome digital "stamps" and printable digital papers that are the original creations of Deedee Anderson. All of our sets include both outline and pre-colored images, in both JPG and PNG formats. Our products are offered in high 300dpi resolution so that they are fully resizable to meet your crafting needs. We are a Christ-centered company, and you will find that many of our sets include KJV Scripture verses, in addition to encouraging sentiments of all sorts. We feel very blessed to be part of such a talented community of paper crafters, and thank you for allowing us to sponsor your challenges !

do come and join us this week

Thanks

Allsorts week 336 ribbons and bows

Hi All

Hope you are well.

I went to the NEC on Thursday and it was nice to see some new ideas, unfortunately i was taken out by a lady on a hired mobility scooter who lost control at speed while i was watching a demo, she took me and the table with her and i had a highly embarrassing wheelchair ride to the medical room. Luckily just a few bruises but it was quite a scary experience.

This week Mervi is hosting us with theme  "Ribbons and Bows".
I made this card at a workshop and the snowflake circle in the middle dangles!

Our sponsors are:

Crafty Ribbons is a ribbon emporium, we are passionate about ribbons and want to share our fantastic ribbons with others. Our range of Christmas ribbons is second to none. Remember when we only used ribbons to add a bow to our hair, or tie up a birthday parcel ? Ribbons are now a "must-have" for  all types of craft. Whether your project requires satin, sheer, silk, grosgrain, gingham or polka dot ribbon we have them all! Lots and lots of different colours in a range of widths. Need a little bit of ribbon inspiration - then have a look at our projects on our blog,or visit our Inspiration blog,or maybe join in with us at our Challenge blog. Go on, have a look... It's worth it !
